My legal team from YTL LLP sent an official letter to

containing the following questions:
1. The App is run by MEXC
2. Mr JohnConstantineX is a customer of MEXC with UID 63218153
3. Mr JohnConstantineX holds the account with the trading platform
4. The account is indeed frozen because of an alleged breach of risk control rules
5. Derrick is indeed an employee of MEXC and is a lawful representative of MEXC to liaise with Mr JohnConstantineX, and
6. It is MEXC`s normal practice to invite clients to Singapore to complete the KYC procedures personally.
They requested a reply by May 27.
In the end, MEXC did not respond by May 27, and the lawyers had to send an additional letter.
Then, on May 30, MEXC finally replied to the letter. However, the only clear statement they made was that I am a client of the MEXC platform and that my account is under risk control.
But why didn’t MEXC answer the other questions?
It was an official legal letter.
Do they not know what to reply?
Or perhaps they simply have nothing to say?
