I know people whose accounts on MEXC have been blocked since 2023 along with their money.

I know people whose funds were completely withdrawn by MEXC, with their order and deposit history erased.

Do you value your reputation, or do you simply not care?

Today is September 6th – my 231st day of being blocked on MEXC.

Originally, the block was set for 180 days, which means my
@MEXC_Official
account should have been unblocked on July 22nd. That didn’t happen.

On March 11th, the restriction was suddenly extended to a full year (365 days) — with no explanation whatsoever.

Support says that a one-year block is only applied for very serious violations.
A serious violation — is it trading profitably ?

MEXC is the strangest and most unreliable exchange — it has no place in the crypto industry.

At the moment, I am speaking on Telegram with someone whose
@MEXC_Official
account has been blocked since 2023!

Earlier, I spoke with another trader whose balance was completely wiped out a few months after the block — his account showed zero. He told me that his trade history and deposit records were also erased.

And yet, after incidents like these, MEXC is still able to attend major blockchain and cryptocurrency conferences and use them for promotion?

How can funds be taken from an account without any legal process or investigation?

has been persistently inviting me to Singapore to resolve my situation, I contacted MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore ) and provided them with all the necessary information regarding my case.

I received a response: "MEXC is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide financial services in Singapore.
You may wish to know that MEXC is listed on the Investor Alert List (IAL), available on the MAS website."

How can MEXC even handle such matters related to asset withholding and asset unblocking in Singapore if they do not have a license?

Why do you need
@MEXC_Official
at your forum?

Do you know that they block accounts for 365 days and demand a personal meeting, otherwise the account will not be unblocked?

I personally know people whose funds were completely taken by MEXC, and I also know more than 200 people who had their accounts blocked for a year, even though some of them traded only on spot.

If in MEXC’s official Telegram chat you try to find out the reasons for your account being blocked and say something like, “I did not violate the trading rules. The only possible reason in my opinion is that I was blocked for trading profitably, for having a positive PnL,”
then the channel admins will reply, “A positive PnL is not a reason for blocking,” “365-day blocks are only imposed for very serious violations and are rare,” — and then they will simply ban you from the channel. That is the kind of “help” they provide to their traders.

is built on lies.

As a result, the trader is left with a blocked account, no access to trader`s funds, banned from the official channel for simply trying to find the truth, and receiving only template responses from customer support.

MEXC is an empire of lies.

Do not trust MEXC’s thread on Reddit.

deletes posts that are not favorable to them.
I had an old Reddit account with high karma, and I opened threads in MEXC’s official subreddit.

MEXC moderators deleted my posts several times, even though I created them correctly and provided all the evidence.

As a result, my account was permanently banned on Reddit. I submitted multiple appeals, but they were never even reviewed.

MEXC creates the illusion of being a respectable platform that can be trusted, but this is not true. Do not trust MEXC. You could be the next trader to have your account blocked, and it is uncertain whether you will ever be able to recover your money afterwards.

I sent a letter to the FSA regarding my situation with
@MEXC_Official
, and I received a disappointing response:

MEXC Global Limited, was struck off the Register of International Business Companies on 18th December 2024

Moreover, MEXC Global Limited does not hold, and has never been issued with, any licence or authorization by the Authority to conduct activities relating to virtual assets (VA) or as a virtual asset service provider (VASP) and no application for licensing under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024, was received from the said entity. The company was one which had been incorporated under the International Business Companies Act, 2016 only.

is a Singapore-based exchange, it has or used to have an office in Singapore.
I was also invited more than 10 times specifically to Singapore to undergo the final stage of verification.

On September 1, I will write a formal letter to the Prime Minister of Singapore and the President of Singapore.

I have already warned the Singapore police about this. They are aware of my intentions.

Why are the people behind the MEXC exchange allowed to behave in such a way — deceiving their traders and unlawfully withholding their funds?

In my case, they blocked my account back on January 19 and are demanding my personal visit either to Singapore or Hong Kong. Such requirements are not stated in their user agreement.

The Hong Kong police have reviewed my case and say that this is a criminal matter and that I should contact Interpol.

Do you really want to damage your reputation by associating with the dishonest MEXC?
