For users under our team, we will coordinate in advance with our risk control team to ensure their accounts remain unrestricted.

He sums it up:
"MEXC’s API for futures hasn’t been working since 2022. If the futures API doesn’t work, it means there are no external market makers providing liquidity — only MEXC itself.
From this alone, one can conclude that MEXC is just a typical forex`s "kitchen", where you’re playing against the casino rather than other market participants, and if you make money, MEXC loses."

The fact is, I still receive private messages on my Telegram from “assistants” with connections among current MEXC employees, offering to help unblock my account for at least one million dollars or more.
They say that I will have to give them this money as soon as my account with MEXC is unfrozen. But in the end, the amount I will have to pay them may increase.

Why should I take part in corruption? Why should I pay huge sums to MEXC employees and their associates, when this is my honestly earned money?!

I would rather give this money to those who truly need it — where it will save the lives of defenseless animals, where it will accomplish a good and meaningful cause.

If you are reading this, please repost it. The sooner my account is unfrozen, the sooner I can carry out this charitable act.

On March 12, 2025, without any reason, my account freeze on MEXC was extended from 180 days (they had sent me a letter on January 22, 2025, stating a 180-day freeze) to 365 days!

The most interesting part is what Global Head of Customer Service at

, mr Derrick wrote:

"The date provided, is a date we hope that the case can be closed. However, it may depend on the pace of the investigations. "

As you can see from this message, it refers to a “secret investigation,” about which I know nothing, since MEXC provides no details or explanations. Yet, it is precisely this secret investigation that will determine everything — both the date when restrictions are lifted and, most importantly, the safety of my funds!

I do not understand: if MEXC believes that I somehow traded futures improperly, according to their opinion, then why are they also withholding MY deposits? That is my money, which I deposited from my own cryptocurrency wallets.
Is this not fraudulent behavior on the part of the exchange?

I provided MEXC with everything they asked for. All documents and verifications.
But in the end, they deceived me and are forcing me to risk my life for the sake of a possible unblocking of my account with MEXC. Why “possible”? Because MEXC representatives give no guarantees! Nor do they provide any details or specifics about the progress of the “investigation” into my account.

How can you still trade on MEXC? One day your account might be frozen without explanation, and you won’t know if you will ever get your money back.
And who will give you back your time? Who will give you back your peace of mind and your health?
These things cannot be measured in money.

And yet, in such circumstances, MEXC brazenly attends conferences and promotes their exchange. For what? To later freeze new users’ accounts and exploit their funds for their own interests?

So many questions…

Corruption schemes at MEXC.

Traders with blocked accounts are offered “help” with unlocking and withdrawing funds for a fee of 10–20–30%.

The middleman, or so-called “assistant,” contacts
@MEXC_Official
employees and arranges with them, for a monetary reward, to resolve the issue in favor of the blocked trader.

When my account was frozen on January 19, 2025, just three days later, on January 22, MEXC support informed me that the lock would last 180 days. To me, this already looked like fraud, because previous account freezes by MEXC for traders usually lasted 30 days. That’s exactly the information I found on Google and on review platforms about MEXC.

A fellow trader who works on Bybit and BingX put me in touch with a former MEXC manager. That person immediately told me that MEXC simply wanted to take all of my money. That MEXC would extend the freeze and come up with different reasons for it.
He was right — that’s exactly what happened!

He also introduced me to an “assistant” with connections among current MEXC employees. This assistant really had been helping other traders lift freezes, usually charging 10% or more.

I was even threatened that my freeze could be extended indefinitely, that my balance could be wiped by MEXC, and that if I flew to Singapore, I would not be able to return — anything could happen!

I agreed to work with the assistant, but on my condition: no advance payment.

In the end, the assistant failed, because the funds on my balance were too large.
As it turned out, he had successfully helped traders with balances of up to $100,000.
This is just one assistant. In fact, there are many. And each of them cooperates with their own manager, heads, or some other staff member at MEXC.

In my Telegram community for traders blocked by MEXC, some of the members turn to such assistants and then pay them 10–20–30%, just to put an end to this nightmare. They are ready to recover at least part of their money and quickly escape from MEXC — to forget this story like a bad dream.

In my case, MEXC has been unlawfully withholding my money since January 19. MEXC received all my documents, even very personal ones, then deceived me and demanded a personal visit to Singapore, even though they know that due to my health condition I cannot fly there.
MEXC refuses any alternative options!

The Hong Kong police respond that this is a criminal case and should be referred to Interpol.
The Singapore police say that MEXC has closed its office and that they are on the list of dangerous organizations for traders.
